  • Monitor Performance — In order to provide strong ongoing management, we provide a minimum of quarterly claims evaluations that illustrate how plan assets are utilized and indicate future expenditures. This process creates an opportunity for actions to be taken to minimize exposure to future premium increases.

  • Examine Indicators — In conjunction with program performance results, various indicators need to be reviewed throughout the year in order to make the program as effective as possible. These indicators include measuring the effectiveness of PPO networks, evaluating the utilization of medical and prescription drug plans, reviewing the enrollment in wellness plans, as well as evaluating the overall participation level of eligible members.
